Please do not forward without my permission. We are very excited that the Georgia Autism Family Survey is LIVE! We need your assistance in disseminating the survey to families of children with autism. Please help us spread the word by forwarding and posting the following link to your Facebook and Twitter accounts. We are trying to have as many surveys as possible answered by June 30th. We are working with stakeholders to develop a Georgia Autism Plan. We want to be sure that this reflects the opinions and experiences of parents and family members. If you are a family who has a son or daughter with autism we are asking you to complete a survey that will help us understand what is important for children and youth with autism. We also want to learn about your child and family's experiences. I have taken it and the survey truly only takes about 10 minutes to complete. It can be found at https://www.research.net/s/georgiaautismfamilysurvey. We apologize in advance if you receive this message multiple times. We are sending the survey link to as many contacts as possible as we are attempting to contact as diverse group as possible. As always, thank you so much for your help,Stacey Stacey Director of Individual and Family Supports34 Peachtree Street18th FloorAtlanta, GA 30303 Stay Connected to Center for Leadership in Disability
