We need your assistance in disseminating the survey to families of children with autism. We are working with stakeholders to develop a Georgia Autism Plan. We want to be sure that this reflects the opinions and experiences of parents and family members. If you are a family who has a son or daughter with autism we are asking you to complete a survey that will help us understand what is important for children and youth with autism. We also want to learn about your child and family's experiences. I have taken it and the survey truly only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
