> Speaker: e is an attorney that has been practicing law for fifteen

years following her graduation with high distinction from Ohio Northern

University's Pettit College of Law in 1996 and her graduation cum laude from

Miami University in 1993. She was originally licensed to practice law in Ohio

(1996), followed by Indiana (2001) and Georgia (2010). In Ohio, she was a member

of the Ohio State Bar Association, Past President of the Auglaize County Bar

Association, a Board Member for the Tri-County Mental Health and Recovery

Services Board and a Board Member for the West Central Ohio Autism Community.

> In addition to her active law practice in Suwanee, Georgia, e stays

busy being a full-time Mom to her two children, and . is an

11 year old with moderate autism. Her love for him, passion for kids on the

spectrum, and compassion for families facing the challenges that typically

accompany life with a child on the spectrum led her to refocus her law practice

to prioritize her interest in reaching families with children with special

needs. Among her practice areas include topics of special interest to families

with special needs children, including estate planning, particularly the use of

Special Needs Trusts, Guardianship Planning and general advocacy for special

needs issues.
