All young people have to learn what options are available to them as they begin to make plans to move out of their parents’ home. Where do I live? Can I afford it? Do I have the skills to live independently? Should I live with a roommate?  

These are some of the same questions that your child with special needs will face. We are pleased to have Pat Nobbie, Deputy Director, Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities as our presenter.  She will provide an overview of the services and resources available to assist in answering this question for your child.
