Camp Southern Ground (http://www.campsouthernground.org) is seeking approval for a zoning variance to build an inclusive special needs camp off Ebenezer Church Road in Fayette County, GA. The final decision for this zoning variance will be made by the County Board of Commissioners on 12/15/11 at 7PM at the Public Meeting Room in the Fayette County Administration Complex right off the square in Fayetteville. The meeting is open to the public. Can you take a moment to weigh in on this decision? We've made it easy for you to contact the administration at the Board of Commissioners through a website that will email directly to them and to Camp Southern Ground. The comments you make will be forwarded to the Commissioners at or before the meeting on the 15th.The website can be accessed at http://www.southsidesupport.org/projects/csg-zoning/Thanks for taking 2 minutes to read and fill out the email! Feel free to share this link with other interested parties. The last survey we sent out garnered results from 325 folks, mainly from Fayette County, but as far reaching as Columbus, Macon, Athens, the North Georgia Mountains, and andria, VA. How far can this one go?Margaret Mead said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Raissa Chandler
