Carmen -Freemire from the GA Department of Education will help parents and professionals in the audience to better understand SB-10. It is Georgia's state-funded scholarship that helps children with special needs attend the school that best fits their needs. Carmen will answer questions regarding how to navigate the process, how to choose an appropriate school, what to keep in mind as a participant in the program, and what to do upon re-entry to the public system.
