This article from the AJC highlights how the lack of safeguards around high stakes testing in Georgia on the CRCT (and this really is a national issues highlighted by NCLB) can

have massive consequences for students who receive special education services. Please email this reporter and thank her for bringing forth this issue. During the interview, I found her very receptive to thinking about the accommodation issues way beyond

the typical framing of many media stories about students with disabilities.
