My kids medicaid covered glasses and the exam just last year. Not the best looking or most durable but it was free. Did they change it?

Hi ,If you can get a RX for glasses, but medicaid doesn't cover them there are lots of inexpensive glasses online. I believe this is the company that used to recommendhttp://www.zennioptical.com/#/?You can get glasses for less than $20. This way if he needs multiple pairs, it won't be so bad if something happens to them;@)

No. I just picked my son's Medicaid glasses up last Wed. You have to choose from the frames they offer, and it took 6 weeks. But they were free.My kids medicaid covered glasses and the exam just last year. Not the best looking or most durable but it was free. Did they change it? I just wanted to thank you as well, money is short, my wife has to stay home with our 19 year old. She has the mentality of a 4 year old. And my own hours have been cut. My daughter has a very hard time dealing with change, so having some one else watch her is difficult at best. Thanks for the info about the glasses.Sent via BlackBerry by AT&TSender: autism-georgia Date: Sat, 23 Jul 2011 16:10:15 -0700 (PDT)To: <autism-georgia >ReplyTo: autism-georgia Subject: Re: Re: Vision/medicaid Thank you! There are very few places that offer the medicaid glasses. If you go to Smyrna Eye Group, call first and get their new address (East-West Connector). Some of the info out there has their old address (Spring St).I just wanted to thank you as well, money is short, my wife has to stay home with our 19 year old. She has the mentality of a 4 year old.
