Guest guest
Subject: Poisoned Breasts - Part 4 GETTING THE SILICONE OUT OF YOUR BODY If you're experiencing symptoms associated with silicone toxicity, "get explanted before you do anything else," urges naturopathic physician Walter Crinnion, N.D., director of Healing Naturally in Kirkland, Washington. Even after the silicone impalnts have been removed, silicone moleculesd which have migrated throughout the body are still there in the fatty tissues and must be removed from the body Otherwise, they may continue supporting the negative symptoms, says Dr. Crinnion. His silicone detoxification program typically takes four to eight weeks, requiring seven hours a day, five days a week. Here are the details: Moderate exercise, 15-25 minutes daily, using a trampoline-rebounder and exercycle. This increases body temperature and stimulates the fatty tissues to release their stored toxins. Low heat sauna (120 degrees - 130 degrees F) in three one-hour sessions daily, with a 15-minute cooling off period in between each session. Spring water plus electrolyte tablets consumed during the sauna to replace electrolytes lost to perspiration and herbal teas taken to generate more sweating. Hydrotherapy for 45 minutes: alternately hot and cold towels are placed on the patient's abdomen, then back; mild electrical stimulation is applied to the skin on both sides of the body, one side at a time. This phase increases the amount of blood (carrying collected toxins) flowing through the liver for detoxification. Colonic irrigation for 45 minutes at the end of the day: this helps flush the toxins, dumped into the intestines by the liver, out of the body through the colon. Nutritional support (dosages vary with the individual): liquid selenium (up to 600 mcg daily); magnesium (900 mg daily); vitamin A (30,000 IU daily, in divided doses); N-acetyl-cysteine (500-700 mg, three times daily, with meals); vitamin E (800-1,000 IU daily); psyllium husk powder (3-5 capsules, evenings); enzymes and hydrochloric acid (as needed, for better digestion). Follow-up nutrient maintenance for up to six months.
