school advocate in south Georgia?

Does anyone

know of a professional who can help a family in far south Georgia get a

stronger IEP for their child who is on the spectrum but not getting the

services he needs in school; particularly for social and emotional support?

They are in the country and there is just not a strong support network like there

is in metropolitan areas like here in Atlanta.
