Guest guest
Hey girl, let me know what CD that was that you were gonna send. It was you right? I want to buy it so my workouts wont be so boring! Thanks LB fl > Jen, sounds like you needed the break and thumbs up to you for getting so psyched today! Think of last week as " Energizing the body " > > I didn't do too bad this weekend however I couldn't exercise. Went to see my Grandmother (out of town) for her 84th birthday and ate moderately well but not BFL (3 meals vs. 6). Since there was 25 of us, they had turkey and I'm so ingrained in my brain with how to eat, it was easy to eat correctly and not stuff myself like the rest of my family > > Last week was not a good week, due to catching the flu and other things, but I'm raring to go today. Had a good cardio session this morning and since I missed my UB yesterday, I'm planning on doing it tonight. A little off the schedule but at least I'll get it done. > > > Still trying to catch up on 175+ emails... > > Monday confession time!!! > > > Alrighty folks, it's that time again!
