Guest guest
Yes I agree the only way to get these minerals back into the soil is to place them back on the farms after we are finished with them. This is why the Chinese are so far ahead in sustainability with the use of natural human by-products which we currently flush out to sea. I know that there are other issues with human waste but doesn't it make sense to get these mineral back into the soil. I use supplements too! Guest guest
The best and cheapest source of all your trace minerals is Azomite clay from Utah. Go to th Weston A. Price Foundation and read up on it. May help in Rifing as it boosts the electrolyte levels. Perhaps Rife had better results because the people had more electrolytes in them in the 30¹s. We may know for certain in a few more years that the #1 cause of all health problems is a lack of trace minerals. Eat a teaspoon of Azomite a day! lee > Hi , > > 543 grams per ounce is what I just calculated for Brazil nuts, > using my program USDA HealtheTech. Guest guest
These foods are Not high in selenium. Don't believe much of what you read. A good amount of selenium (daily) would be 200mcg From the USDA program HealtheTech: Selenium content of the following foods, 100 gram portions (3.5 oz) Raw carrots: 0.1mcg Raw beets: 0.7mcg Raw Russet potato (flesh and skin): 0.4mcg Raw ginger: 0.7mcg This isn't surprising since most foods contain almost no selenium Please excuse me if I seem like I'm nitpicking, but I had a feeling that there was almost no selenium in the foods you mentioned, and it appears I was correct. People need to know that what they read in books or other publications (even those written by nutritionists) is often totally incorrect! I know because I've checked out a number of bogus claims. Bil PC 1000 M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulse generator http://magpulser.com Mammoth Lakes, CA mailto:magpulser@... d> Hi, d> For Selenium : d> Try carrot juice. Selenium is higher in carrots from North(NY type) d> than Calif. Also juice other roots:Beet, potatoes, ginger, etc. See d> juicing books. d> For trace minerals: d> Try a bath with one pound of Dead Sea Salt one time/week. Larger d> crystals have more minerals. These salts have 60+ trace minerals. You d> will absorb apx. 2% thru the skin in a 20-30 minute fairly hot bath. d> Also try drinking MOORLIFE or NORIMOOR with trace amt. of 300+ herbs d> and minerals. d> Did you know that you can take in Vitamins, minerals, etc. thru d> frequencies. See LeVoi at:www.harmonyera.com. She used to sell d> a 4 CD set called Lifessence Series. You can also do this with a d> frequency generator. d> As we learn to take care of ourselves, it will not matter even if d> they try to outlaw minerals with CODEX. d> Namaste, d> d> >> >> > Hi , >> > >> > 543 grams per ounce is what I just calculated for Brazil nuts, >> > using my program USDA HealtheTech.
