Guest guest
I use Protein Power Protein powder. It does not have aspartame, but is sweetened with Stevia which is a natural non-caloric sweetener. One serving (mixed with water)contains 2g fat, 3g carbs, 21g protein, and 110 cals. So you would have to double the serving to match the myroplex. Ingredients are whey protein, cocoa, egg albumin, soy protein isolates, artificial flavor, Stevia (Acesulfame Potassium). I mix it with 1%milk which changes fat, carbs and proteins. I really like to taste too. They have strawberry, vanilla and choc. It is made by Vital Basics, Inc and you can order it at or . It costs about $30 a jar and there are 16 servings per jar. I have not been able to find it anywhere else...so if anybody has any other info, please let me know. (Backchannel me since I don't look at the BFL list consistently) Hope that is helpful. Cleveland C1W8D3 > OK I have decided to do the BFL program.
