Guest guest
Hello, Around week 4 of my first challenge, I experienced the same thing. It about drove me nuts being so dog-tired. This may sound crazy but what I found would help was getting out of the house and going for a brisk walk or bike ride--it would re-energize me. The other option, take a quick 20-30 minute nap. This tiredness last about 1 1/2- 2 weeks and then just disappeared. Considering you are getting in all your meals and eating the proper portions, this tiredness should disappear fairly soon. I have heard others say they experienced this same thing. Hang in there and let your body adjust to this new lifestyle. ~Donna H.~ somewhere near the end of C3 but doing something a little different than BFL right now. Will be back to BFL fulltime in Jan.--hopefully with husband--yippee!! (sorry for all the extra info.)

Try a snack with near equal amounts of protein and complex carbs. Sometimes I'll do some of my next meal or if that's not available, half a protein/carb bar. Watch the sugar in those cause your in store for another blood sugar swing depending on recent level of activity . (Ex: Myoplex Deluxe 36g SUGAR => YIKES! comparable to a can of cola!!!) It would be cool if they made protein bars that are bite size just like the size candy bars I pass out for Halloween. I think it was Sara? who said she took a bar and chopped it up into byte size pieces for just this sort of thing. Great idea! Oh yes, you get a *poke* for the cheese-it crackers. Guest guest
I've found that drinking water rejuvenates me when I am tired. Dehydration can make you tired.
