Fw: swollen hands

I believe the swelling ins due to cytokine formation from release of

cytokines from macrophages as well as lymphatic obstruction with silicone in

the brachial plexuses . I have seen this swelling resolved quickly after

Do you think this could also cause the bone to deteriorate? And do you think

this will continue to

deform my other fingers if the implants are not removed? Also, if you could give

me info as to what an

explant and lift would cost, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks again,
