I’m not sure any of us feel

comfortable answering that question since most of us are parents and not Dr.s

qualified to answer questions on what’s okay in pregnancy. I would

ask a DAN doctor. I think somewhere floating around there is a pregnancy protocol

from a DAN but I don’t have it handy right now. MB-12 is a very

safe water soluble vitamin but since it helps methylation you may not want to

be methylating more than usual while pregnant. But on the other hand it

might be beneficial, I really have no idea. Definitely ask a Dr. who is

versed in what MB-12 does for the body. Good luck,
