4-5 years ago---doctors such as Megson, Holmes and Cave -charged $400.00 and gave us an hour. Bradstreet, kartzinel charge at least that much---so if you are talking about doctors in the think tank, doctors on top of the DAN group-that is a very average price. Yes, lots of paperwork that we are to bring with us. I agree about

the location, I have heard good things about him, so we will see. I

wanted to see who was the DAN that was overcharged and doing bad

things, hopefully not this guy.

We paid 500. for our first DAN! who knew NOTHING.....then paid 280.00

for our doctor now Dr. Derksen (spent 2.5 hrs with us) she charges I

believe 80. an hr. I know Dr. Green in Oregan charges nearly 800.-

1200. first visit his waiting list was 8 months out, and I don't

think he takes new clients but his partner does.

Not sure where you got those figures from or what they included - but

Green is $60 per 15 minutes/$240 per hour for a consult. Not bad

for a think tank DAN! Doc.

I would assume that the $800-$1200 you mentioned includes all of the

first time testing/blood work etc. and that would be the norm with

any DAN! if you were paying out of pocket.

Whoa! So not true everything you said about Dr. Green. First

appointment is with Dr. Contrerras who is an ND which is the intake

appointment. Then Contrerras takes the older kids and doc Green the

younger ones. We got in with a cancelled appointment, Thank you

Lord! It is not that much for the appointment alone. We spent

almost 3 hours there. We got B-12 shots which they gave to us at the

docs office, blood draws, DMPS challenge and iv glutathione. Anyway,

the office visit was $300 exact

drawing blood routine $40

lab handling and conveyance $15

Kits (we had to do 6 home test kits) $40

IV glutathione 200mg $42

75mg IV DMPS $48, IV PC (not for sure what this is) $50

IV Emla (not sure what this is, probably just for IV stuff) $3.50

Methyl B12 3cc $40

Syringes $12

Altogether:: $590.50

We had to do a deposit of $200 for the appointment. Our next

appoint is with Doc Green and is out follow up appointment.

Just wanted to give that info out for those who were wondering. I

can get my info o what the labs cost but I have to look it up. If

anyone is interested, pop me an email and I will post it on the

group. Always good to know the costs! BTW- I could definitely tell

these docs care and the nurses were awesome! WE drive 2 and a half

When I got on Dr. Green's waiting list it was nearly 6 months out.

(didn't go after finding our Dr. who we love!) the quotes I was

referring to were what I have heard other clients pay when seeing

him. So I was only go by what I was said by a more then 5 different

families.(which all varied between 800-1200.)

Now I am sure it varies from child - child. It seems like there is

not 1 set price when seeing him. Also when I was at the DAN! in Oct.

I was told he was no longer taking on new patients at this time. I

believe it was Tami Giles who told me this, but I could of mistaken

what she said to me.

He is an awesome DAN! doctor, speaks at the conferences and is very

involved on the Think Tank of the DAN!.

Hope I cleared myself up with what my last statement said

yes please if your interested in going to Dr. Green to contact

other's who see him as well.
