Guest guest
I know what you mean about the waffles! My daughter can have soy, so we were able to find a couple of Van's she could eat; without soy, I don't think there is anything you can buy ready to eat... For a 'non' non-stick, non-aluminum waffler, check out: http://www.lehmans.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=6502 & itemType=PROD\ UCT & RS=1 & keyword=waffle or http://www.wisementrading.com/outdoorcooking/castiron.htm (they have two styles) Good luck! > > I'm having a tough time finding a non-stick, non aluminum waffle-iron. > After getting my son's blood/urine tests back, I found out he cannot > have soy or egg, in addition to being gluten & casein free (good luck > finding anyone who makes a waffle that is gluten, wheat, casein, soy, > and egg free waffle!!). Guest guest
I think that the Namaste brand waffle mix is free of all those things. Check it out online or at Whole Foods. Guest guest
I order from pancake/waffle mix from www.reallygreatfood.com/I haven't tried egg replacer in that mix yet, but it should work. EVERYBODY eats them. Even unknowing house guests. Guest guest
I know what you mean by finding something non-stick. What I have done with our panini maker which makes great bacon is to use parchment paper over the griddles, but I don't think that would work with a waffle iron, but it does work great with a panini maker. e > > > I'm having a tough time finding a non-stick, non aluminum waffle- iron. > > After getting my son's blood/urine tests back, I found out he cannot > > have soy or egg, in addition to being gluten & casein free (good luck > > finding anyone who makes a waffle that is gluten, wheat, casein, soy, > > and egg free waffle!!).
