Class Program - Consumer Directed Services Agencies

My son was recently accepted into the CLASS program and had begun

using Educare as our Consumer Directed Service Agency (CDS). I

found out last Friday that Educare will no longer be a CDS for the

CLASS program after September 30th. I need to make a decision as to

who to change to ASAP because our case worker is going to be on

vacation the majority of September. The following is a list of

agencies we can choose from.

Astro Care, 650 N. Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston, Texas

Disability Services of the Southwest, 6243 IH 10 West, San ,

Texas

In Home Attendant Services, P. O. Box 131245, Houston, Texas

Touch of Class, 7171 Hwy 6 North, Houston, Texas

If anyone has had any experience with any of these agencies, I would

appreciate your input. We originally choose Vita Living and Educare

as our initial agencies for CLASS based on recommendations from this

group and have been very pleased. Hopefully, we everyone's help

again we will make the right choice.
