Starting Diflucan and MB-12 injections

Our daughter received a prescription for both Diflucan and MB-12

injections. Any suggestions as to which one to start with first or

perhaps to start them both at the same time? Should be do the

Diflucan 1st then wait (how long?) and then do the MB-12 injections

later (if so, how much later?) or should we start with the MB-12 first

and then the Diflucan later?
