Fighting Yeast - Potatoes and Rice

I know that both rice and potatoes should be avoided while dealing with yeast. Do most just stop offering a milk subsitute (don't want to do soy and need to avoid nut milks for now due to oxalates)? Should we completely avoid potatoes and rices as side dishes while targeting the yeast? We'e eliminated all candy, breads, ketchup w/ vinegar, juice except I just started offering half water/half pear juice occassionally, all fruit except a few pears and occassionally blueberries. Does everyone's meals look like meat and a veggie every day? I'd love some meal menus if anyone wants to share a sample.

it's a yeast feeder so if you are trying to get yeast down it will need to come out or at least be severly reduced. if they crave it that is one of the first signs to watch it., on a side note most rice cakes have CC issues with gluten and casein as well depending on your brand. I know the ones from quacker do, mothers brand
