Guest guest Posted January 11, 2008 Report Share Posted January 11, 2008 not SCD apples WILL increase yeast especially the juice. when doing OATS testing infact you have to take apples out, ALL KINDS including juices as it can effect the testing with arbinose as it also gives off it's own arbinose. it's high in fructose in which yeast feeds off, it's a sugar, any and all sugars will feed yeast ect stevia. honey ect as well feeds yeast but may still be SCD legal. they are looking at carbs and not sugars....
