Guest guest
I spoke with a nice guy named . He said that he would bring our concerns to the attention of the naturopath who formulated the kids Cod Liver Oil. His explanation was that the stem of the soy was used, and again the vitamin E itself and not the legume. I said that there is no proof that the vit E from the soy stem would not create a malabsorption problem like the legume part of the soy, and that is the controversy of soy in the first place. I stated that #1 it is an allergen fo most, and might still be o.k. to use, and #2It might have a problem with not fighting with the other nutrients in the clo, as soy likes to do . I am not the best at explaining, but he was open to recieving calls from any one in the group, and will bring the recovery videos/mb- valtrex group to the attention of his naturopath. The sole purpose of soy is to act as a preservative, and keep the shelf life past 2 weeks. I felt like he gave me an honest answer, and i hope that they might find a balance in the near future. I also mentioned the need to not use corn and such. His contact info is (ext167)/ Please, if someone is better at explaining the soy issue, and pushing for research, feel free to chime in, I am a year into bio med, and at times can not grasp the full understanding like the more experienced listmates- mattea
