Hi, I'm very interested and VERY confused.

how did neurotransmitter test tell you about lack of GAD enzyme? did it

actually give a value, compared it with a ref range???

did the test measure blood levels only?

If you child has excess of Glutamate and low GABA, that means that it is not being transformed, just like ammonia in CBS kids, they are not turning ammonia in to by products needed for the body!!! So ammonia becomes highly abundant to a toxic level!!! And Kid with ADHD are almost all high glutamate kids with low GABA!!! So we must supplement and make sure they relax at least at night to repair their bodies!!! Love, Gabby. :0) P.S. if they are too hyper during the day then add small amounts in the morning and increase dose at night!!!

H again, what kinds of precursors, or co factors can I give my kids to

improve their own production of GABA, sero, epi. Their dopamine seems

okay, How do I reduce the glutamate?cath

Hi I didn't say GAD, I said GABA, gamma amino butryic acid,,,,, it's an

inhibitory neurotransmitter --the biomeridian stress assessment machine

says my son is low in GABA, serotonin and norepinephrine. The machine

does not give details as to how low. I can figure this out just by

watching him: mood swings, demanding, angry all the time, rebellious,

reading disabilities, aggressive.. he is not quite ADHD, but almost

there....
