Hi From Sue,

I've been using MB12 nasal spray

(the original formula..=

1250 mcg of Methylcobalamin

and 300mcg of folinic acid)

for almost 20 months now...and it's great!!

But--

after about 2 months of use... I developed

nosebleeds... and sensitivity.

I muscle tested.. and realized I was deficient

in Vit. K 1 and Vit K2.... so since adding them

I rarely get any signs of bleeding.

ALSO-----

FOR sensitivity... I use AVALON Peppermint

hand and body lotion.. in each nostril every night.

AT FIRST---I needed to apply it several times per day

until the sensitivity went away... but now I only need it

at night most days.

NOTE:

--As a child I used to have frequent nosebleeds and by

the age of 10 had to have my nose cauterized...= awful experience.

I was so upset during the procedure... they had to stop.

So later in eighth grade.. & still getting nosebleeds... my

new pediatrician.. gave me a tube of gel to coat a "cone

of cotton" to fit in each nostril... and then apply pressure.

I used it whenever necessary... and he said to apply the gel at night with a Qtip.

( My blood vessels are very close to the surface...and if my nose gets too dry

it creates cracks I guess..??)...

Any way I love the Avalon lotion... and peppermint has healing properties...

Hope that helps,

Sue...61 yrs. old.
