Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 What is the dosage for MB12 for sublingual & shots for a 80lb 13yo & a 30lb 2yo? I ask becz it seems most folks using sublingual are using 5mg, which our Kirkman B12 is. I gave to everyone this morning & have not seen any reactions whatsoever (maybe too soon?). I have 25mg shots for myself. Our practitioner said I could squirt out 1/2 & give 1/2 to my 13yo, & a 1/4 to my 2yo. The 1/2 in particular is a lot more then the sublingual - is that a typical " dose " ? Please advise before I try this...
