Sorry for the late response. I don't personally use it but I know of a lot of moms that do. I believe you open the capsule into water or juice (or food) for children that can't swallow pills. I'm actually considering getting it for myself.CherylConstipation can be an issue for our little man. I saw your post. Our DAN advises Bentonite clay - same issue - how do you get it into them? THanks! Di
