Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Happy New Year everyone. I have a question re antifungals. Has anyone tried Nizoral, Sporanol or Nystatin? If so, have you had any success? and if yes, what dosage were you using? I'm trying to figure out which drug would be best for my 3.5 yr old daughter who weighs about 33lbs. Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 , We tried Nystatin for 2 months and had alot of aggression all the way through the entire 2 months. We had to stop and give him a break for 1 month then started Diflucan which we are doing fine and no aggression yet so far after 4 weeks. I initially thought the aggression might of been some sort of a die-off since we didn't see any of the other typical signs of die-off but it just persisted and never went away. Just my 2 cents.
