Guest guest
Planning to start my son on vancomycin tomorrow morning. Flagyl will start on Sunday. I'm just trying to work out the schedule for when to give antibiotics/probiotics. They have to be given at least 2 hours apart, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong. What about S. boulardii? I had been giving it with the probiotics, but I'm not even sure if I should give it at all during this 2 week stretch of antibiotics. would it be too much? Thanks! Guest guest
Sac B is actually a fungus so it is fine (not fine with antifungals, it would need to be 2 hours away) with the abx but you do need to make sure you give the probios at least 2 hours apart from the abx.CherylPlanning to start my son on vancomycin tomorrow morning.
