How to combine Rx and natural anti fungals???pls help!

My son is on Imunovir and Diflucan.I really am not sure if the diflucan

is helping or if he needs more anti fungals rotated.I have added

Caprylic acid into the mix and will add others as well.

My question is do I keep giving diflucan with the rotation of naturals?
