Guest guest Posted December 19, 2001 Report Share Posted December 19, 2001 I had another check of the book and tried the leg lifts - I can do those so much easier than the crunches, so I will do those for the first 5, and the crunches for the last one. The torso track can stay hidden at the back of the wardrobe. I will religiously follow the book for the first challenge and hopefully have fantasic results.
