Session 1: What's in our Kid's Food, The Connection to Autism and related

disorders with

Stan Kurtz.

Sunday, January 13, 2008 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

About Stan

After being told that his child was " too autistic to learn " , Stan, a technology

executive and

crisis intervention counselor, abandoned his career and devoted himself

exclusively to

helping his son. While exploring a wide range of modern biomedical treatments,

supplements and diets for his son, Stan unraveled perplexing relationships

between the

contents of common foods and everyday items and behaviors and conditions

associated

with autism. He has also made scientific breakthroughs helping to restore immune

system

function, reduce chronic pain, lessen anxiety, and improves energy for countless

children

and adults.

As a parent, researcher and educator, Stan has shared his findings

internationally. He is

the founder of Children's Corner School , where he combines traditional

education with a

unique, individualized approach of whole family healthful nutrition and

environmental

awareness.
