Who are they kidding? This is the way it has already been! They want us to

think they are just NOW getting together? They have always shared

facilities while THEY produced Silicone products!

Hi Ilena,

I know I should write a reply in a " easier for you " format, but I am too

sick to day to figure it out. And now my blood is shaking, I am so upset

with Dow Corning I could scream.

Ms. Burns' remark about when they will be ABLE to emerge from Chapter 11

just makes me want to throw up. If I were not so ill I would be out

picketing, do what ever I could to get attention. How dare they get away

with this new venture...and then I went to a related site and saw the new

silicone crap they are putting out in the cosmetic and hair care

products!!

Good Lord, when will this end?

Blessings & thanks for all you do, wish I could do something myself,

Love, A.

How can they do this when they are in bankruptcy? This allows them to

continue operations and racking in the $$$ and still, nothing coming our

way. I just don't get it. I can see that there is no winning in this

battle. For myself, I am not involved with any appeals and I feel that

those who are keeping this whole thing going with appeals are not benefiting

in the long run. I don't share their confidence.

Ilena, excuse my language but this is just another crock of bull to cheat

us out of what they did to us.
