Guest guest
I gave my NT dd, 1/2 tsp of clo from 2 months on. Start with just 1/4 of a tsp, given just before bath time, or I did as when she was an infant the bad smelling clo was the only kind. Also, make sure to provide at least 100 IU of natural d-alpha, not dl-alpha Vitamin E. It's dangerous to increase oils without a good source of E. You can pierce the capsule with a pin and just squirt in her/his mouth, that's what I did. OT--CLO and infants?? I was reading about interventions I can do for my baby daughter and I came upon a study that they did in Norway or Sweden--some "Norlandish" place (to quote "Best In Show") and they gave infants 1tsp CLO everyday starting at 3 weeks. The infants did not get ulcerative colitis or Crohn's--I was thinking of starting my 4 month old on CLO--what do you guys think? Is 1 tsp too much for a little one? Thanks, Beth
Guest guest
I swear by CLO for my kids, self, and hubby (not to mention the grandparents we force it on). We have a 5 year old, fully vaccinated, ASD son who did not get a miracle from CLO...but I know it is a huge part of his fundamental health and we make sure he gets as much as he can tolerate each day. Our 4 year old, partially vaccinated daughter recovered from ALL of her quirks with CLO and a multivitamin. I must say that one time I ran out of her CLo and she regressed! We keep a stock pile now... I have given 1/2 tsp CLO to our preemie since she was 6 months old. She is unvaccinated and a powerhouse of development. I agree with . Start with 1/4 tsp and increase to at least 1/2 tsp. by 1 or 2 years. I think it is one of the safest supps (if purchased through an excellent and pure company) and very beneficial! ~ P.S. I started my preemie on one cap of kirkman's hypoallergenic multi when she was a year old as well..... OT--CLO and infants?? Guest guest
If you go to the Weston Price Foundation website...Nourishing Traditions Cookbook bases its research on the findings of this foundtion's work...there is actuallya recipe for formula for infants that includes CLO. LOL.
