Hi Sue,

Ijust got the Mood cure book, but haven't finished it yet. I am using MB12 nasal spray after reading your post about how much it helped you. I'm using the drops from new beginnings. I haven't found a doctor to write a prescription. It worked almost immediately, but it doesn't seem to be helping as much lately. I'm not sure what changed. Wanted to try the 5htp & St. 's wort to see if they would help. Thanks for your help.

St. 's Wort along with 5HTP for Serotonin and Anxiety... and about GABA, I supplement it because my children do not? have enzymes that transform Glutamate in to GABA?... Love, Gabby. :0)
