For the last 2 weeks he's had cold sores on the corners of his mouth (this has not happened before) and now he has a lot more verbal stims, hand biting, and less focused, less appropriate speech. Anyone have experience with this kind of thing? Does this sound like a viral issue? Candida? Should we make any adjustments? We've upped the valtrex to 750mg/day in 3 doses. Thanks for the help.
