I just found out that my creepy ex husband is trying to extort money from me and I am so upset.

I cannot believe that I have to endure more pain and suffering at the hands of this man who basically ruined my life and has taken my daughter away from me, now he is trying to go after me for the money from my mobile home that I sold in CA.

It is so sick, I worked everyday for 9 years to support myself and pay for that home and he never did anything, never paid a dime for that house and now he is lying and saying that he put the down payment on it.

It seems to me that this should be illegal to say the least, I cannot believe how awful the court system is in this country that men like him are allowed to do things like this.

It is sickening, that down payment was money that I got from my aunt who died, she must be turning in her grave to know he is doing this to me. It was not his money.

Also the house was not under our names only my parents, because we had such bad credit at the time.

now he is saying he is entitled to half of this.

I swear I cannot believe this, I don't even get to see my daughter and now he is trying to get money out of me.

It is sickening to say the least.

I owe all of this to my illness too, because of my illness I was forced to leave my daughter with him allot the last two years, when it was really important for me to develop a relationship with her.

I cannot believe that this is happening, just when things were starting to look up for me, once again I am shot down.

well say a prayer guys, as I don;t have this money and if they say he is entitled to it I don't know what I will do.

And I don't even get to see my own kid.

Nice. also he is a drug addict but apparently that is ok with the courts.
