Guest guest
My son won't take it so we've been treating yeast without charcoal. Now I am wondering how bad it is that we are not. gfcfmom
Guest guest
We hid it in a colored sippy cup with diluted juice. There is no taste so basically you just want to hide the appearance of the liquid since the act.char is black. I believe it absorbs the toxins and using magnesium a couple of hours after helps the toxins exit the body.gfcfmom wrote: My son won't take it so we've been treating yeast without charcoal. Guest guest
You don't have to use charcoal so don't worry that you aren't. It's good to use if die is really bad or if you have diet infractions or even when you have accidental toxic ingestion (for instance, a crayon or like someone else had, the glow in the dark liquid in a glow stick). You don't *have* to use it. But it does help the toxins get out faster as it absorbs it all (it also absorbs everything else so you want to give it 2 hours away from anything if you are using it to ease die off symptoms). If you are doing fine without it, don't feel like you must do it.cherylMy son won't take it so we've been treating yeast without charcoal.
