Guest guest
I am new to the sight but am seeing many are looking for a good, cheap, diaper rash concoction. Here is one we use and it works great, especially for a yeast diaper rash. equal parts of regular corn starch (maybe 3 tbsp) and maalox (cool mint flavor is good because it smells the least offensive and doesn't have lots of coloring in it) also 3 tbsp. Mix to a smooth consistency (add more maalox if too thick) then squeeze about 3-4 " of Balmex diaper rash ointment in and mix till smooth. Put it in an air-tight container (preferrably glass not plastic) and use whenever you have a bad rash or yeast die-off. It works great and is exceedingly affordable. Hope this helps someone.
