Side effects/reactions to zinc picolinate-- Zyman drops

Hello all -

I've just begun our biomed intervention. Saw a DAN doc and we started w/ zinc.

Can anyone

give me a heads up as to any side effects/reaction I should look for. It seems

to be okay for

now, but a little soft stool is beginning.

Also, is it okay to mix in a drink....

Do they say not to give w/ meal b/c of possible nausea?

Our DAN! says the picolinate can cause excitability/irritability. We used it for a couple months before we saw that come about. If you experience problems, just switch to a different form of zinc.
