It could be many things but in your place I would stop q10 simply

because your started it too close to starting mb12. This way it is

impossible to know what it doing what and which thing is making him

sleepy.

Dr Neubrander recommends not starting or stopping anything for 5 weeks

after starting mb12, as the only way to see if child is a responder.
