Totally new to most of this ... how does Valtrex help ASD?

My son is 2.5. He has decent expressive language but very poor receptive. He

has poor

comprehension, can't follow one step directions but he has an amazing memory.

Can label

almost anything. He actually has hyperlexia. Very clever with numbers, math,

letters, can

read the alphabet upside and backwards. LOVES astronomy and transportation.

Has a lot of

issues with his vestibular system. Has a hearing loss that we are exploring

now. The

BIGGEST change I have seen in him has been since starting the B12 shots. Diet

has helped

too but B12 has been HUGE for him. I have no idea how Valtrex helps kids and is

it related

somehow to B12? Sorry to sound naive but I am still learning, this is all very

new.
