a very amonia toxic boy! SCD low oxalate and more such a hard time.

My son can't break down proteins and fatts because of his oxalate

problem, it is causing an ammonia problem, and he is an

overmethalator. I have chimed in to susan owen's group, thank god for

her, I want to know if any one has suggestions or ideas, I have a huge

shopping list, after my OAT test arrived! Doctors appt this friday! I

am concerned about:

Cal/ mag by kirkmans, is this o.k. to give my son, or will it create

oxalate. I also need to buy so many things to help him, are some of

these things oxalate/phenol/silicylate/aminie NO NO's, he also cant

break down proteins and fats, I will need an enzyme for that, but it

is all so confusing, here is my shopping list!!

calcium citrate (oxalate binding)

Uva ursi

Caprylic acid

Trimeth-sulfa (PRESCRIPTION anti-bacterial)

GABA

5-HTP

Diflucan Nizorol Nistatin (Prescription anti fungal)

S.boulardii, L-Glutamine, Lactobacillus rhamnosus

Lactobacillus,Bifidus,Bifidobacter,Enterococcus

aloevera,l-glutamine,quercetin.GLA,Uva Ursi

Fermented Kiefer

Trimeth Sulfa

20-50 billion cfu's mulit strain probiotics

2-6 billion cfu's of saccharomyces boulardii

30 billion cells per day of lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(culturelle)

taurine,selenium,B-6 (20-50 mg), argenine,vit E

calcium citrate before meals

chondroitin sulfate?

Glucosamine

really need taurine for bile salt production

riboflavin(20-50)mg coenzyme Q10 50 mg/day (Kreb's Cycle)

1000mg buffered vit C divide into 2-3 doses

5 HTP, (GABA) , L-theanine

20-50 mg vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine)?

Glutathione, (which kind)?N-acetylcystine, lipoic acid

Pantothenic acid(50 mg)

L-carnitine (500-1000mg/day!!)
