Here's a 20MHz frequency generator kit at an amazingly low price

It includes the enclosure (with labeled front and rear panels)

The output is only 10VPP AC.

To use as a pad device you could apply +/- 9V (two 9V batteries

for instance) or more (instead of +/- 5V) to the output stage

when building this. There is an output level control, which also

allow you to adjust for positive offset.
