--let me say this, golden d apple is no to heavy in phenols and

oaxalate because of the type of apple that it is, that is why I choose

it, S.C.D. stated that juiced apples are o.k. as long as you juice

them yourself, and /or it is not from concentrate, and it might have

sugar, but not past single cell carb sugar, correct me if i am wrong.

That is why I still go with apples and that apple in particular is

unique because it is the least acidic of all apples, keeping in mind

the silicylate content of the skin, and such unlike the skin of red

etc. Again I am talking about the properties, rather than oh it's

just an apple. Perhaps I need some more education about the s.c.d.

protocol because I thought that some was allowed, is it that it is

allowed after it is denied for some time until the yeast dies off and

then re introduced. I have to always consider s.c.d/low oxalate/low

phenol/ silicylate/aminie/nightshade when I pick a fruit or veggie,

so major psychoticness on my part I apologize.LOL! So, if it raised

yeast regardless of the kind, or that it is a single cell, just say

the word, and pears will definantly take it's place for sure LOL!Thank
