(Coming Saturday, my DH and I will take our measurements, weight and document for tracking purposes.) Continue with BFL and track results better. Do pictures every four weeks. ( I been having trouble accessing the BFL file uploads, I am going to try and resolve that by the end of this upcoming week-end.) Post before, in progress, and after pictures Achieve between 15-19% BF level, now it is about 22% Reach 115Lb, now I am at 127Lb. (I am 5.4" tall about) Be able to do three pull-ups Do one handed pushups, at least one The rest is OT please delete here if not interested. (It is more for my benefit.) Get better organized Documents in order in binders, labeled Help my daughters with improving their organization skills Get my daughters on regular chores Practice musical instruments with them, half hour minimum with each daily De-clutter house, get rid of excess clothes, toys, etc Work on better financial management Track expenses, eliminate using all credit cards, except for gas Pay off all credit cards Work on long term financial strategies I am printing this out so that I can stay focused on what needs to be done. I hope I'll stick to these goals and achieve most of them. I'll keep you posted on my progress. (At least on the BFL related ones.)
