Hi Darlene from Sue,

You asked for possible why's... this might be one possibility?

LIQUID CALCIUM 12/3/2006: from Denver, CO writes, "My son had a relatively high fever and was lying on the couch, not doing very well at all. I had heard about calcium for fever, so I gave him some liquid calcium in apple juice and thought I'd let him sleep. 25 minutes later I went to check on him and he was outside, riding his roller up and down the sidewalk, no sign of fever!

The chiropractor who first told us about calcium said ---------

that fever is actually an attempt by the body to heat up the bones and teeth so it can remove calcium and use it for the white blood cells. So taking calcium seems to make a fever unnecessary."

This paragraph came from this link...way at the bottom of it...PAST the egg white info....

Sue:)
