.. Hi Maggie,

(I agree we all need to take care of ourselves in order to help our familes better...)

After 10 years of use

---I SWITCHED from Prozac and Ritalin...

(even though they did help immensely)

at age 55..to NATURAL treatments

--like amino acid therapy...

and naturopathic help...

but

now am doing GREAT on

MB12 nasal spray and

whole food supplements like Monavie

and other similar protocol as

discussed on these posts...

Using a Whole food supplement has

eliminated the need for many individual

supplements--about 90%-- that I used to use as

discussed on the posts.

Life is so much easier with whole

foods supplements as a base.

Then adding what is missing per a naturopath's guidance

or per muscle testing....will give you the right balance of

nutrients,etc.

I would strongly encourage

the use of naturals before

chosing the Zoloft....

Additional Good books are the MOOD CURE

and the DIET CURE by ROSS.

------if MB12 doesn't do the trick for you.

Hope that helps,

Sue..now almost 62

Just want to chime in my 2 cents, which is definitely do something. You need to take care of yourself and you deserve to feel OK. Besides, mommy needs to feel OK to take care of everyone else properly, right?
