Guest guest
Hi Pamela: yes, low numbers of white blood cells can occur in Sjogren's Syndrome. It is an auto-immune disease in which the body manufactures antibodies against its own tissue. The cause is unknown. I hope you are seeing a rheumatologist, as he/she would have the most experience managing this disorder. Is this to do with the Sjogrens? Have never felt this ill before. Sometimes I don't want to wake up as I'm in so much pain. Have you any thoughts?
