ABC news story on statins and women

Did anybody see this story, I guess not since no one posted this. Today is

supposed to be Heart Health day or something like that (wear Red on Friday Feb

3.) I believe the story ran on Jan. 31 on Good Morning America. Funny, the ad

proceeding the video about statins is for MegaRed Krill oil.

Listen to what the doc says about all the prior studies that didn't include

enough women, so they combined all the studies. The video cites this: New

study: Statins and Women, are they underprescribed. The study does not address

side effects, the doc says.

He says, he wants women to ask not for a drug but the best treatment.
