Yes Mike, a slight improvement. At least things are moving in the correct direction. After giving it more thought, even with tightened regulations or tough laws passed, people will still be people, meaning "favors" may be passed under the table. I don't think it will ever be completely snuffed out. Bobby: I agree. Corruption and greed seem to motivate most of what happens in the US. But, the more sunlight the better.  The real issue is the public not doing their share to investigate their collective condition and then taking on the role of  advocate for themselves and others who might not have the where with all to do the homework. Blind faith in an profession that only is interested in cures and not prevention, is not to be trusted.
